We slow-cook bone broth to order, in small batches from our kitchen in Lisbon, using local organic ingredients. Eighteen hours on the stove, nothing else added.


How it works

How a batch
comes together.

Roughly twice a month we open a window for orders. When the window closes we cook your jars, and once it's gone we start the next one.

A batch opens

About twice a month we open the next batch for orders. We let our subscriber list know first, by email and WhatsApp, with a link.

You order

Have a look at what's in the batch and pick what you'd like while the window's open.

We cook to order

Once the window closes, we slow-cook your broth over eighteen hours using ingredients sourced that week from local organic farms and markets. You collect from our Lisbon kitchen, or we drop it off locally.

Bone broth has been around for thousands of years for good reason. Slow-cooked over eighteen hours, the collagen, minerals, and amino acids actually make it into the jar.

Why small batch

Small on purpose.

We make as much as we can make well, and no more. Each batch is hand-cooked to order in our Lisbon kitchen over eighteen hours, with ingredients picked up the same week from local organic farms and markets.


When the window opens we let our subscribers know. They order what they'd like, we cook it, and once it's gone we start the next batch. At this scale there isn't really anywhere to cut a corner, and that's part of why we like it.

We travel.
