We cook four broths, each one from scratch in our Lisbon kitchen, with organic local ingredients. They come around in batches, so not always available, but we think they're worth the wait.

Our original. Slow-cooked organic chicken bones with turmeric, apple cider vinegar, and herbs.

Portuguese grass-fed beef from Alentejo. Slow-roasted bones, red wine, organic vegetables.

Lion's mane mushroom, seasonal vegetables, thyme, rosemary. Deeply savoury. Entirely plant-based.

Fresh ginger root, lemon zest, fermented garlic. Our most-requested seasonal variation. Bright and warming.
We make as much as we can make well, and no more. Each batch is hand-cooked in our Lisbon kitchen over eighteen hours, with ingredients picked up the same week from local organic farms and markets.
When the window opens we let our subscribers know. They order what they'd like, we cook it, and once it's gone we start the next batch. At this scale there isn't really anywhere to cut a corner, and that's part of why we like it.
