A couple of times a year we pack up the kitchen and set up somewhere new. Fresh broth, local collaborations, and a reason to gather. Each pop-up is its own thing, and none of them stay around for long.
One day only. Fresh bone broth, made in Lisbon and transported cold to Paris. We'll be set up in Le Marais with a local collaborator — a natural wine bar, a ceramics studio, or wherever the city takes us. Come for the broth. Stay for the morning.
We announce a couple of weeks out
We post on Instagram and email our list with the city, date, and location. Pop-ups usually run for half a day, one day only, no advance tickets needed.
Show up, drink broth
We serve fresh broth by the cup, hot, in ceramic cups. We also bring a limited number of jars to take home. Cash or card. No online pre-ordering for pop-ups.

Two days of broth pours and conversations at the Alchemy x RIPE pop-up in Neukölln. Cups, jars, and a steady stream of regulars. We loved Berlin, and Berlin loved the broth.

Where it started. A single table at the Saturday organic market in Santos. We sold out in ninety minutes, and we weren't quite ready for that.
